Video: Car Crashes into Columbus Carwash, Sends 1 to Hospital

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) — A late afternoon crash sent to one to the hospital.

Officials say a female driver was eastbound on Hwy 50 when she lost control of her Lexus GS300 and crashed into the Dutch Village Car Was at the intersection of Highway 50 and Lehmberg Road.

Columbus police and firefighters arrived on scene shortly after the initial collision.

Witnesses say the driver may have suffered a broken nose.

The passenger of the vehicle appeared uninjured.

The accident remains under investigation.
