Video: Columbus Falcons Give Back to Community

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) — Columbus High School basketball players were out of practice early Thursday afternoon.

Instead of shooting three pointers, they were spreading holiday cheer. Set up at the Food Giant, they handed out gift cards to unsuspecting shoppers.

This community event kicks off the 18th Annual Joe Horne Christmas Class tournament. Tip off is Friday at 1:20 p.m., and play resumes through Saturday.

All of the games will be played at Columbus High.
