Video: Columbus Police Release Surveillance Video of B-Quik Robbery

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – Columbus police release surveillance video of armed robbery.

Now, they hope someone will recognize the thief.

In the video, you can see a man walk in to the store wearing all black and holding a shotgun.

Investigators say the robbery happened at the B-Quick convenience store on 31st Avenue North on Monday night.

Interim Police Chief Fred Shelton says there is something unique about this robber.

He wore biohazard medical bags over his shoes.

It’s a clue Shelton hopes someone will remember.

There’s also a truck that pulls up to the gas pumps just before the thief runs out of the store.
