Video: Cotton Mill Project Having Spillover Economic Impact in Starkville

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) -The Cotton Mill Project in Starkville continues to evolve and fill store fronts.

The development is seen as a boost in economic development for the area. It’s a trend Mayor Parker Wiseman hopes will continue. That’s because three other areas are also seeing growth.

“At the corner of Russell and Highway 12. And another one of the projects is an apartment project at the corner of Spring and Russell and the final project is an another project on South Montgomery.”

Starkville aldermen made necessary approvals to those projects at Tuesday’s meeting.
