STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) — Mississippi State football fans are pumped up for the Bulldogs’ last game of the season.

MSU defeated North Carolina State 51 to 28 in the Belk Bowl.

WCBI caught up with some fans in Starkville Wednesday afternoon on what this game means to them.

They say they’re sad it’s quarterback Dak Prescott’s last game with the team.

“I think he is a great role model for our children,” said MSU fan Brenda Brent. “He’s a great Christian, and he has really improved the image of Mississippi State football.”

“Dak Prescott is a legendary man. He put Mississippi State on the map, and put a lot of businesses in this town on the map,” said MSU fan Tyler Horn.

“I have a five-year-old son. He just loves Dak Prescott. I think he is an awesome role model for our children,” said MSU fan Alicia Garner.
