Video: Fate of Kilmichael Medical Clinic Still in Limbo

KILMICHAEL, Miss. (WCBI) -A federal agency, local officials and a hospital board are sorting through a tangle of local, state and federal paperwork.
Meanwhile, the Kilmichael Medical Clinic in Montgomery County remains closed after shutting down early this month for financial reasons. The Greenwood Leflore Hospital and other medical groups are interested in taking over the center. But the county and the independent hospital board first must work out repayment of a federal loan that still has about one million dollars outstanding. County Supervisor Ron Wood who represents the community says getting the clinic reopened is a priority.
