Video: Happy Irby Golf Tournament Held

CAFB, Miss. – (WCBI) Some avid golfers brave rainy weather for a good cause.

They turned out today at the golf course at Columbus Air Force Base for the annual Happy Irby golf tournament.

The event raises money for the Happy Christmas Fund. Last year the fund provided presents and clothes to more than 500 needy children and 150 food baskets to elderly shut ins at Christmas.

Since the late Happy Irby started the fund while working at the base, it has helped thousands of families across the region.
