Video: Health Care Foundation Starts Fund in Name of Kitty Bryan Dill

WEST POINT, Miss. (WCBI) -A longtime community advocate from West Point will be remembered in a special way. A fund has been established to help cancer patients in the West Point – Clay County area. The Health Care Foundation of North Mississippi accepted a $30,000.00 gift from Old Waverly Golf Club to establish the Kitty Bryan Dill Endowment.

Kitty Dill was a lifelong resident of West Point, and strong supporter of local charities. Her family wanted to continue that legacy of support.
“I am so thankful to Old Waverly Golf Course for donating to the charity, so that so many people can benefit from it. I think it’s a wonderful thing that they are doing for the healthcare service in North Mississippi.”

The money was raised during the recent Handa Cup Tournament at Old Waverly. The endowment helps cancer patients with expenses such as medication and transportation to treatment.  To contribute to The Kitty Bryan Dill Endowment contact The Health Care Foundation (662) 377-3613.
