Video: Lee Co. Schools Celebrate Red Ribbon Week

LEE COUNTY, Miss – (WCBI) They’re taking a stand against drugs in Lee County. All this week, the Lee County School District is observing Red Ribbon Week.

Today, students at Shannon Primary got a visit from Lee County Sheriff Jim Johnson. He stressed the importance of making good decisions early. He also urged the children to adopt a healthy lifestyle, get outside and get plenty of exercise.

Schools throughout Lee County will be be celebrating with activities all week long.
