“For people to take time out of their day and say ‘ I don’t know this person but i want to help her, they’re being led by God and it’s more than them, so I’m excited to meet all these new people, all the people i’ve met have been just wonderful , and I know that they were put in my life for a reason and so I’m excited.”

This coming Saturday, crews will volunteer to remove trees from the Pontotoc home of Officer Joseph Maher, who was also shot December 23rd.

Maher continues to recover from his wounds.
