LOUISVILLE, Miss. (WCBI)-Louisville landlords won’t have to follow new registration fees and inspections like those in place in Tupelo and New Albany. Aldermen killed discussions of proposed rental housing regulations during their meeting Tuesday night and cancelled a public hearing on the issue set for next week. Aldermen began discussing the idea in November but decided improvements could be made without imposing new regulations on landlords.
