Video: Man Turns Self in Following Late Afternoon Shooting

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) — A late afternoon shooting in downtown Columbus sends one man to the hospital and lands another in handcuffs.

It happened at Dream Team Barber Shop in the 100 block of 13th Street North.

The victim was shot in the upper thigh.

An unidentified suspect turned himself in to police shortly after shooting at about 4:50 p.m.

Columbus police have not released any information about the shooting.

The shooting remains under investigation.
