Video: Mock Interview Day At West Lowndes High

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) – Some New Hope and West Lowndes High School seniors received some much needed practice, in order to land that new job or make a good plea for scholarships on Friday.

“This will help better prepare them when they get ready to go to the actual interview for that different industry,” said Business VoTech Teacher Jennifer Rollison.

“They told me when I talk to my employer always look my employer straight in the eye. Be confident in what I say. Handshake at the beginning and end of the conversation,” said West Lowndes High senior Paul Webber Jr.

The mock interviews have been successful for the last four years, because students have been hired at area businesses and industries.
