Video: MSU Fans Buying Liberty Bowl Merchandise

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI)-Local stores are seeing Mississippi State fans prepare for the upcoming Liberty Bowl.

The game is only a few days away and already stores like The Lodge in Starkville, are seeing fans stock up on Liberty Bowl merchandise.

According to John Hendricks, The owner of the Lodge, says many fans purchased their items before Christmas but sales sales are doing well.

“It’s been great the fans are very excited about the Liberty Bowl and have shown that by wanting the merchandise to wear and to celebrate the event even if they don’t go I guess they want to wear the shirts at home while they watch it on television,” says John Hendricks.

Mississippi State Bulldawgs will be taking on the Rice Owls in Memphis on New Year’s Eve.
