STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – One of the best ways to wrap up a semester at college is with a little food with a side dish of culture. That’s exactly what happened at Mississippi state on Thursday.
The International Student Advisory Board hosted a chat and chew session. It gives students from different areas the chance to sit down in a formal session and learn a little bit more about different regions both here and abroad.

“I believe this is pretty beneficial, a lot of them don’t get to travel around much especially being in such a rural place in Mississippi. So we get to teach them about the rest of america and everything,” said MSU student, Donovan Cooper.

Other events that took place included a coffee and culture conversation and a culture simulation exercise.
