Video: Noxubee County man Pleads Guilty in Death of Cafe Owner

MACON, Miss. (WCBI) – A Noxubee County man pleads guilty to second degree murder. Timothy Jones entered the plea in Lowndes County Circuit Court for the death of café owner Tony Pippins.

Judge Lee Howard heard the plea. Jones was arrested after the July 20-12 shooting death of Pippin at his “wing shack” in the Cedar Creek community in Macon.
Jones will be sentenced September 15th.
