COLUMBUS, Miss.(WCBI)–Its National Assisted Living Week and residents at Plantation Pointe Retirement Community in East Columbus are being showered with attention.

It become a yearly event at The Pointe. All week long they have been participating in various activities like fishing and even had visits from musicians and singers.

The outdoor cookout at Lakeside Pavilion behind The Arrington capps off an exciting week with the residents and their families feasting as they nourish their minds, bodies, and spirits.
