Video: Quinton Hill Fundraiser Being Held at Zachary’s

Columbus, Miss.  (WCBI) – The passing of Quinton Hill has left the Front Door/Back Door Restaurant crew wanting to give back to the Hill Family. Former co-workers of Quinton gathered Sunday afternoon to prep for a fundraiser that will be taking place Monday the 14th at Zachary’s.

“We are going to sell foods that are iconic foods of the Front Door. The chicken salad, tortilla soup, the broccoli soup, fudge pie”  said Sarah Labensky former owner of Front Door/ Back Door Restaurant.

In addition to selling home-cooked dishes, there will also be a raffle.

“We had lots of wonderful prizes from business and folks here in town. We will be selling raffle tickets for that and drawing for those prizes” said Labensky.

All  proceeds will be donated to the Hill family to accommodate the funeral expenses. The Front Door/Back Door restaurant employees were a tight-knit group.

“We are all coming out together as a front door family. You know, because we all worked together and everyone is coming in to pitch in and show love. That’s what it is all about at the end of the day is love,” said Christine Farmer a friend and co-worker of Hill.

Sales will begin at eleven A.M at Zachary’s. It is a first come, first serve only and will continue till all products are sold out.
