Video: Reward Continues to Climb for Information in the Shooting of Monroe Co. Deputy

ABERDEEN, Miss. (WCBI) -The reward for information on the gunman who shot a Monroe County Deputy Monday morning now stands at $6,000.00.

Donations continue to come in from the community to help find the person who shot deputy Eric Sloan.

Sloan was shot after he stopped a motorcyclist early Monday morning.

The Monroe County Sheriff’s Department and the U.S. Marshals Service are continuing to follow up leads, but they are asking anyone with information to please come forward.

Sloan has been released from the hospital.
