Video: Runners Raise Breast Cancer Awareness

HOUSTON, Miss. (WCBI) — It was another busy weekend for runners across Northeast Mississippi with a number of causes benefiting from their efforts.

Team Hope Houston hosted its annual 5K run through the city, Saturday.

More than 60 runners of all ages took to the streets to raise money to help families impacted by breast cancer.

Team Hope is made up of a group of women committed to helping the breast cancer effort.

Several of the organizers are breast cancer survivors or have lost loved ones to the disease.
