Oxford and Tupelo, Miss. (WCBI) – James Everett Dutschke’s defense team has a little more time before he is sent to prison. On Tuesday a Federal judge delayed sentencing to allow Dutshcke’s attorneys more time to review a pre-sentencing report.

The 42 year old Dutschke pleaded guilty in January to making Ricin, and mailing letters laced with the lethal substance to President Obama, Senator Roger Wicker, and Judge Sadie Holland. With the extension, Dutschke’s legal team will have until April 22nd to respond and file any objections.
