Video: Spring Break Offers Extra Fun for North Mississippi Boys and Girls Club Members

TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) – It may be spring break, but members of Boys and Girls Clubs of North Mississippi have plenty of activities, programs and other things to occupy their time.
All this week the Northside Club and Haven Acres Club are opened from 8 until 5. It is an opportunity for youngsters to spend quality time, learning about character traits, taking field trips and being in a positive environment. Both clubs are open, free of charge to non members for one day this week, to let them see all the organization has to offer.

“We do our normal programming, which includes conflict resolution, our abstinence programs, our career building programs and character building programs, in association with that, we have a guest speaker to come out and spread their expertise.”

This Friday, both clubs will host an open house for the entire community. More than 40 kids were at the Northside Club today.
