Video: Starkville Infrastructure Focus of New Improvements

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) — $1.2 million will help improve some of Starkville’s infrastructure.

Aldermen voted to move forward with a capital improvements work list, which includes roads, drainage systems and sidewalks.

The plan has eight drainage ditch projects, and addresses the problem-plagued Carver Drive drainage ditch.

Seven road projects are also in the works, as well as a sidewalk connector on Garrard Road.
