Video: Starkville School Hosts Fiesta for Students

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) — One North Mississippi school makes learning about Mexican culture fun.

Today Emerson Family School held a fiesta for its students to help them study Mexico and its culture this month.

The kids dressed in cultural clothing, danced to Spanish music, and of course feasted on some Mexican food.

Organizers say the goal of the event is to embrace the students’ cultural diversity.
