Video: Starkville’s Cotton Mill Coference Center on Track for Opening

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – In less than three weeks, Mississippi State’s historic former Cotton Mill will officially open as a conference center.

The Mill, located at the corner of Russell Street and Highway 12, will have a one thousand seat ballroom and office space.

On Friday, personnel from MSU’s research and facilities departments got a tour as workers continued to put furniture in place and do other touch-up work.

The development will also have a new four-story, 110-room Courtyard by Marriott Hotel adjoining the complex, along with a 450-car parking garage.

The Mill will officially open on August first.
