Video: Teens Learn about Science at Columbus Library

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) — School may be out, but that isn’t keeping some teenagers in Columbus from learning about science this summer.

The Columbus-Lowndes Public Library held its Summer Science Day, Saturday, where kids from 12 to 18 years old learned about chemistry.

Representatives from Mississippi State University’s chemstry department gave a special science demonstration for them.

The library hosts different events for children, teens and adults throughout the summer.
