Video: Traffic Stop in New Albany Turns up Signifcant Amount of Pot

NEW ALBANY, Miss. (WCBI) – A traffic stop in New Albany lands a California woman in jail. Police say 41 year-old Amy Michelle Griffin was stopped on Highway 78 for speeding.

A drug dog sniffed out two pounds of marijuana in her car. Griffin is charged with felony possession of marijuana. Police say she was traveling to Georgia. Her bond was set at $10,000.00.
