Video: Tuition Going up at Mississippi Community Colleges

JACKSON, Miss. (WCBI) -Students at more than half of the state’s community colleges can expect to pay more for their education.

According to the state Community College Board, nine out of fifteen community and junior colleges in Mississippi will increase their prices for students.

Students will pay an average of $2,577.00  for two semesters of full-time classes.

That up from last year’s average cost of just over $2,400.00.
