OKTIBBEHA COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) — Two trials will have a new prosecutor and another is still undecided.

Haley M. Brown and Lydia m. Quarles will take over the trial of Superintendent Lewis Holloway and one involving assault charges against an MSU football player.

The board voted to not take action in the case against former Ward 7 Alderman Henry Vaughn for DUI.

They could decide on a prosecutor at their next meeting.
