Video: First Junior Auxiliary Pageant in Amory

AMORY, Miss. (WCBI) – The first ever Junior Auxiliary of Amory got off to a great start Saturday.

Children all the way from 6 months to 18 year old got dressed up to walk the runway. Participates were judged in several categories including personality, appearance, and most photogenic. The winner of the pageant will receive a sash and crown.

“We do a lot of things for the Monroe County community today the money that we raise today helps us be able to do Santa’s helpers and our Book Bag club and also provide other things for the community,” said coordinator Lindsey Blaylock.

The junior pageant was open to anyone that wanted to participate.
