STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI)-Two Starkville schools are headed to a region-wide robotics competition this weekend. Robotics teams from Millsaps Career and Technology Center and Starkville Christian School both placed highly in the “Mississippi Boosting Engineering Science Technolog”y competition at Armstrong Middle School in October. This will be Starkville Christians first year at the regional level. The regional BEST competition will be held at Auburn University in Alabama, Saturday and Sunday. Carol Peebles the Millsaps Student Coordinator said, “They work hard every afternoon after school to provide the product they have. They have a market team they will present in the competition to explain all they have been through and done to develop this robot.” Best of luck to both teams.
