Video: Volunteers in Starkville Clean Up Brush Arbor Cemetery

STARKVILLE, Miss. (WCBI)-Volunteers spent their Saturday morning cleaning up Brush Arbor Cemetery in Starkville.

Around 30 volunteers from Maroon Volunteer center and Starkville residents showed up to help beautify the grounds of the historical cemetery. Volunteers helped rake leaves, pick up limbs, and fix headstones. Complimentary bagels and coffee were on hand for all the who participated in Saturday’s cleanup.

Volunteers also learned the history behind the cemetery while lending a helping hand.
