Weed Deal Gets Wacky In Oxford

OXFORD (WCBI) –  Oxford Police are investigating a rather unique crime in the city as a man committing a crime calls police to report he became a victim of a crime.  Police say the victim in the case was meeting a man to buy $1,000 in marijuana.  The drug dealer told the customer to get in the car to complete the deal but instead he pulled a gun and tried to take the cash.  The two fought and the victim ended up with injuries severe enough to require an ambulance ride to the hospital.  OPD continues to investigate the case.  No word on who wound up with the $1,000 .
