West Point Man Charged In Attala County Fondling Case

ATTALA COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – A West Point man is accused of fondling a child in Attala County.

Nathan Thomas Rushing, 34, is charged with touching a child for lustful purpose.

Attala County investigators are not releasing any information about the ongoing case.

Deputies say Rushing was living in Attala County when the report was filed in July 8th.

Rushing’s bond was set at $25,000.
