Youth Minister Faces Sex Charges

(NEW ORLEANS, LA) WCBI – A youth minister originally from Pontotoc has been jailed in New Orleans on sexual battery charges.

New Orleans Police say 36 year old Ryan Rodgers inappropriately  touched at least two teenage boys for more than a year.  They add Rodgers, who  currently serves as a youth minister in several churches in the New Orleans  area, may have committed the same crime with other victims.  Currently he faces a sexual battery charge and seven counts of indecent behavior with juveniles
