Alabama Falls to Troy in Tallahassee

Tallahassee, Fl. (WCBI Sports) – The Alabama baseball team has lost its first game in the Tallahassee regional, 5-2 to Troy University.

Alabama took a 1-0 lead on a sac fly from Kenny Roberts. The Trojans, however, responded with five straight runs in the fourth inning. Troy scored all five runs off of Charlie Sullivan, who exited the game with one out.

The Crimson Tide brought the tying run to the plate in the ninth but couldn’t capitalize. Alabama will play the first game of the day tomorrow in Tallahassee.
