David Bradberry To Retire from Tupelo

TPSD Superintendent Dr. Gearl Loden announces that David Bradberry, head football coach of the Tupelo Golden Wave since 2009, is retiring at the end of the school year.  We thank him for 37 years of service dedicated to improving the lives of young people throughout the state.

“Coach Bradberry has been a valuable asset to our athletic program at Tupelo High School and a role model for our students.  We wish him well in retirement,” stated Dr. Gearl Loden.

A comprehensive search to find a head football coach will begin immediately.  TPSD hopes to announce a THS head coach before leaving for the holiday break in December.  This position will be posted on the MHSAA website and in newspapers across the state.
