Video: Defense Leads Ole Miss Over Texas A&M

OXFORD, Miss. (WCBI Sports) – No. 24 Ole Miss limited No. 15 Texas A&M to under 200 yards of total offense en route to a 23-3 win Saturday.

The Rebels (6-2, 3-1 SEC) led 16-3 at halftime. Ole Miss’ defense held Aggies’ quarterback Kyle Allen to just 12-of-34 passing for 88 yards, forcing an interception.

Ole Miss quarterback Chad Kelly threw two touchdown passes but also three interceptions against Texas A&M (5-2, 2-2 SEC). Laquon Treadwell caught five passes for 102 yards and a touchdown and Jaylen Walton ran for 97 yards. The Rebels finished with 230 yards rushing on the game.

Ole Miss plays at Auburn (4-3, 1-3 SEC) next Saturday, Oct. 31, at 11 a.m. The game will be televised on ESPN.
