“I’m really excited about getting the opportunity to play soccer at ICC since I’ve missed a year,” said Swain, who attended Mississippi University of Women this past semester. “I’m just really exciting and thankful for this opportunity.”

“We are losing a really good keeper in Shaina Cruse (Caledonia) and we are going to need someone that can come in and try to fill her shoes,” said Sullivan. “I feel like we’ll have a pair of quality keepers in net next season in Mary Margaret and Emily Munn of Pontotoc.”

Sullivan said he is expecting to announce more signings over the Christmas break and is excited for how his signing classes for the both the Lady Indians and Indians are shaping up this season.

“We are really exciting about the players that have signed and are committed to join our program,” Sullivan said. “I think both squads are going to have great signing classes and mix that with the players we have returning could lead to special things next season.”
