Ole Miss Falls At Texas A&M

COLLEGE STATION, Texas (AP) – Jarvis Summers had a team-high 18 points and Marshall Henderson added 16, but the Rebels fell to Texas A&M 71-60 Saturday night.

Jamal Jones scored 21 points and grabbed five boards to lead Texas A&M.

The Aggies outscored the Rebels 30-24 in the paint, and their 50.9 percent from the field (27 of 53) marked their best effort in seven contests.

Jordan Green earned the start in the absence of Harris and Smith and turned in a career high 16 points. After fainting, a conscious Harris was taken to an area hospital, and was expected to be held overnight for observation, Quisenberry said.

A&M has won four of its last six games. Both the Rebels and Aggies are now 17-12 (8-8 Southeastern Conference).

The Rebels will take on Arkansas in Fayetteville on Wednesday, Mar. 5 at 7 p.m.
