Ole Miss Falls To No. 24, MSU Still Out Of AP Top 25

COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI Sports) – The Ole Miss football team fell to No. 24 in Sunday’s AP poll while Mississippi State remains outside the top 25.

Ole Miss (5-2) dropped from its No. 13 position after its loss Saturday at Memphis, which is now ranked 18th.

MSU (5-2) is receiving votes and is the first team out of the rankings after its win over Louisiana Tech Saturday.

LSU is the highest-ranked SEC team at No. 5. Alabama is ranked 8th.
