SEC Men’s Basketball Tournament Bracket Is Set

(AL.com) – The 2016 SEC basketball tournament takes place March 9-13 at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee.

Texas A&M clinched the No. 1 seed with a 76-67 victory over Vanderbilt on Saturday. No. 2 Kentucky, No. 3 South Carolina and No. 4 LSU also get double-byes and will not have to play until the quarterfinal round.

No. 14 seed Missouri is ineligible for the postseason and won’t play in the SEC tournament. Thus, there is only one first-round game.
