Baldwyn High senior Conner McKay signed his letter of intent to continue his basketball career with the Northeast Community College Tigers on Wednesday.

McKay, a member of the 2013 Baldwyn Bearcats State Championship Team, was the basketball team’s leader at point guard since he arrived on the scene as a freshman.

He’s averaged double digits in points since his sophomore year and has led the team in three pointers made and assists in the same time frame.

McKay says he is grateful for the opportunity to continue his basketball career with the Tigers and will miss being a Baldwyn Bearcat.
