COLUMBUS, Miss. (WCBI) — A senior baseball star will make his way west to continue his journey.

Senior Deonteau Rieves announced on Monday that he will continue playing baseball at Coahoma Community College next year following graduation.

Rieves is a middle infielder for the Falcons and he chose Coahoma after having a number of schools show interest.

“D”, as his friends call him, says he’d like to study physical therapy.
