Downtown Louisville will soon have a new look

LOUISVILLE, Miss. (WCBI) – Some home improvement projects are underway in downtown Louisville.

Mayor Will Hill said the city is working on completing several capital projects that were first proposed back in 2015.

The first project is improving the traffic lights in downtown.

Crews are also working on making the sidewalks and walkways more ADA accessible, improving drainage, and adding landscaping.

Hill said the projects should be completed before the holidays.
