State of the Art Equipment.
WCBI-TV utilizes the latest technology in non-linear, digital video and audio production. WCBI currently has three digital work stations in-house, with plans for adding more. Video is shot in the field using Panasonic DVC Pro cameras. The resulting footage is then digitized onto high-data rate RAID systems, where the video is then manipulated with high end editing software. Commercial soundtracks, both voice and music, are also produced and edited through digital audio workstations. WCBI-TV utilizes many of the latest video/image/audio editing software packages such as Adobe Premiere, Media 100, After Effects, Photoshop, TitleMotion, TypeDeko, HollywoodFX, SAW and many others. Throughout the editing process, image/audio quality remains at the highest level. With the addition of our digital VideoServer systems, all production will remain in the digital domain even during playback for air. If necessary, WCBI-TV can also provide streaming media on CD-ROM of finished commercial production, suitable for internet broadcasting using either RealMedia or Windows Media services. VHS tapes and video CD's are also available.
