Meth Charges Lodged Against Rienzi Residents

BOONEVILLE (WCBI) – A grand jury is the next stop for a pair of people facing drug charges in Prentiss County.

44 year old Michael Leslie and 32 year old Kimberly Mathis both of Rienzi face a series of felony and misdemeanor charges.  Leslie faces possession of meth enhanced while in possession of a firearm and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.  Mathis is charged with possession of a controlled substance.  The pair were picked up during a traffic stop on Gaston Road in the county.
