MONROE COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) – Three men are in trouble with the law in Monroe County. 33-year-old Andrew Mize and 18-year-old Cody Gray, both of Smithville, were arrested Wednesday and charged with one count of breaking and entering a dwelling and grand larceny. According to deputies, they broke into a home on Pecan Road and took copper wire, tools, a firearm and a television. Both men are currently being held at the Monroe County Detention Center. In an unrelated case, 47-year-old David Lambert, of West Point, was arrested Thursday and charged with breaking and entering of a dwelling. Lambert is accused of breaking into a home on Hucklann drive to assault a female. He is currently in the Monroe County Detention Center.
