NTSB Seeking Help In Plane Crash Investigation

MONROE COUNTY  (WCBI) – Investigators with the National Transportation Safety Board are hoping citizens can help in the investigation of the Tuesday plane crash which killed Pilot Richard Justice of Hatley and an unidentified passenger.   During a briefing today,  NTSB officials say the plane crashed in a marshy, heavily wooded area near the airport leaving a debris field of approximately 100  yards.  They hope to move the wreckage into a secure area today to begin a closer look at the aircraft.   The preliminary report should be done in about ten days with the final case ruling made in about 2 years.   If you have any information you can call local authorities are send it to witness@ntsb.gov
