One Critical After Thursday Night Shooting

OXFORD ( WCBI) – Oxford investigators will continue questioning the primary suspect in a Thursday night shooting which left 2 people injured.

 25 year old Joshua Flemmons of Oxford and 38 year old Patrick Spearman of Abbeville were both hit in the shooting which happened in a North Lamar Boulevard parking lot.  Both were flown to Memphis where Flemmons is in critical condition while Spearman is stable.   30 year old Ricky Mabry of Oxford is in custody but  is not charged at this time.  Mabry surrendered last night to Holmes County deputies.
